Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Requirements for a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at Hello@glutyfreeclub.com. Please note that the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer. Returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU:

Notwithstanding the above policies, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
