Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) through our online shop.
1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
1.3 Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not accepted unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
3.2 By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart.
3.3 Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after the order is placed and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
3.4 A purchase contract is only concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 All prices are final prices in euros and include the statutory VAT.
4.2 In addition to product prices, shipping costs apply, which are clearly displayed before the order is completed.
4.3 The following payment methods are available:

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Instant bank transfer
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
5. Delivery and Shipping Conditions
5.1 Delivery is made to the address specified by you within Germany.

5.3 If a product ordered is unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment made without delay.
5.4 Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for you.
6. Retention of Title
6.1 The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
6.2 Before ownership is transferred, pledging, transfer by way of security, processing, or transformation without our consent is not permitted.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
7.2 The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
7.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., by email or mail).
7.4 The costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer.

8. Return Costs
8.1 In the event of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
8.2 Unpaid return shipments will not be accepted.
9. Warranty and Liability
9.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.
9.2 The limitation period for statutory claims for defects is two years from the delivery of the goods.
9.3 Our liability for damages, regardless of the legal grounds, is limited to intent and gross negligence. For the breach of essential contractual obligations, we are also liable for slight negligence but only up to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Your personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with the statutory provisions of data protection law (GDPR).

11. Online Dispute Resolution
11.1 The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be accessed at [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/].
11.2 We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG).
12.2 For merchants, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships is our business location.
13. Final Provisions
13.1 Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid or become invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.
13.2 Changes or additions to these T&C must be made in writing.
